If we cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, you'll receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

With proper medical documentation, we may offer credit for future tours or partial refund.
Flight Delays/Cancellations
With official airline documentation, we'll try to reschedule or provide partial credit.

No-Show Policy
If you don't show up for your scheduled tour without prior cancellation, the full tour amount will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
- • Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled pickup
- • Contact us immediately if you're running late
- • We wait maximum 10 minutes after scheduled time
