Important Notice
By booking with Glamour Tours Dubai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your booking.
Booking Terms
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us with all tour details. Verbal confirmations are not binding.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all tours. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Prices are in AED unless otherwise specified.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in government fees, taxes, or currency fluctuations. You will be notified of any price changes before confirmation.
Group Bookings
Group bookings (10+ people) require a 50% deposit at booking and full payment 30 days before the tour date. Special cancellation terms apply to group bookings.
Cancellation & Refunds
Standard Cancellation
Cancellations made 48+ hours before tour: Full refund. 24-48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: No refund.
Premium Tours
Private and premium tours require 7 days notice for full refund. 3-7 days: 70% refund. Less than 3 days: No refund.
No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for your scheduled tour without prior cancellation will result in full charges with no refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Tour Participation
Age Requirements
Most tours are suitable for all ages. Some adventure activities have minimum age requirements specified in tour descriptions. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Health & Fitness
Participants must disclose any health conditions, disabilities, or mobility issues during booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is compromised.
Behavior Standards
We maintain zero tolerance for disruptive, dangerous, or illegal behavior. Guides may remove participants from tours without refund for violating conduct standards.
Safety Compliance
Participants must follow all safety instructions from guides and comply with local laws and regulations throughout the tour.
Changes & Amendments
Tour Modifications
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, routes, or activities due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Alternative arrangements will be provided.
Date Changes
You may reschedule your tour up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Price differences may apply for different dates.
Participant Changes
You can change participant names up to 24 hours before the tour. Additional charges may apply for changes in group size.
Tour Cancellations by Us
If we cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule. We are not liable for additional expenses incurred (flights, hotels, etc.).
Liability & Insurance
Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and safety. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal liability.
Health & Medical
Participants with pre-existing medical conditions should consult their doctor before booking. We are not liable for medical emergencies or conditions exacerbated during tours.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or government actions.
Intellectual Property
Content Ownership
All website content, tour descriptions, photographs, and marketing materials are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.
User Content
By submitting reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant us permission to use them for marketing and promotional purposes.
Trademarks
Glamour Tours Dubai name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be first attempted to be resolved through negotiation. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to the courts of Dubai.
Legal Compliance
All tours and services comply with UAE tourism regulations and laws. Participants must comply with all local laws and customs.
Important Notes
Visa Requirements
International visitors are responsible for obtaining appropriate visas. We can assist with visa processing for an additional fee.
Cultural Sensitivity
Please respect local customs and dress modestly when visiting religious sites. Your guide will provide specific guidance.
Photography
Professional photography and filming may require special permits. Personal photography is generally permitted but respect privacy and local regulations.
Weather Considerations
Dubai can be extremely hot. Stay hydrated and protect yourself from the sun. Some tours may be modified during extreme weather.
